3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

A Discord account is required for all functionality

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Multiple accounts per person are prohibited without explicit permission

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches
Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available
Keeping your contact information current and accessible

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Manipulating game mechanics through unauthorized means
Creating or distributing cheating tools or exploits
Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code

Fraud and Abuse:

Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users
Engaging in credit card fraud or payment disputes in bad faith
Selling or transferring accounts to third parties
Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized financial instruments
Attempting to duplicate virtual items or currency through technical means

Harassment and Misconduct:

Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Spamming commands or flooding channels with bot interactions
Attempting to crash or overload the bot through excessive requests
Engaging in discriminatory behavior based on protected characteristics

Legal Violations:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
Sharing personal information of other users without consent
Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to systems
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software

4.3 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Respect intellectual property rights and fair use principles
Be appropriate for users of all ages (13+)
Not contain hate speech, violence, or explicit sexual content
Not promote illegal activities or harmful behavior

4.4 Reporting Violations

To report violations of these Terms:

Use the in-bot reporting system when available
Contact our moderation team through official support channels
Provide detailed information and evidence of violations
Do not take matters into your own hands through retaliation or vigilante actions
Allow our team reasonable time to investigate and respond

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Economy

5.1 Virtual Property Rights

Ownership: All virtual items, including but not limited to cards, currency, achievements, and cosmetic items, are owned by us, not by users. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these items within the Service.

No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, except through official channels we may provide.

Platform Dependency: Virtual items exist only within our Service and cannot be transferred to other platforms or services.

5.2 In-Game Currency

5.4 Item Modifications and Balancing

We reserve the right to:

Modify, balance, or remove virtual items at any time
Adjust drop rates, availability, or acquisition methods

Correct errors in item distribution or statistics
Remove items obtained through exploits or violations

6. Payment Terms and Premium Services

6.1 Premium Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions with automatic renewal
Annual subscriptions with discounted pricing
Lifetime subscriptions (when available) with one-time payment
Gift subscriptions for other users

Billing and Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
